At GUYGEE, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. We strive to make the process as seamless as possible to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your GUYGEE account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original box with all protective inserts and tags attached to ensure the product arrives back at our warehouse in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
